The Weight Loss Vitamin

This vitamin is of the water soluble variety, and is crucial for higher brain and nervous system function, and blood formation. It is one of eight B vitamins that are found in the body. This is also utilized in the process of forming energy, and helps to create the necessary genetic material found in cells, called DNA. This vitamin is used in many of the usual lotions and creams that are intended for anti-ageing, B12 is replaced since having a depleted amount of it makes skin look older. It can be introduced to the body in a variety of ways, injection, anti-aging creams that include it, or on it's own as a topical solution.

A surprising discovery, however, has also linked Vitamin B12 and weight loss.

A prominent behavior of this vitamin will assist proteins and fats to be metabolized.
